With the continuous development of China's economy and the improvement of international status,has a strong circulation and influence of the RMB has a certain position,the pace of RMB capital projects open significantly accelerated.China's RMB capital project has experienced more than thirty years of development,to the present,the realization of the majority of the capital account convertibility,there are still a small part of the non convertible.The remaining part of promoting the full convertibility of the capital account is our government's unswerving goal.This paper from China's historical process of RMB capital account convertibility of capital account convertibility of the relevant theoretical and practical significance of re combing,analysis of Japan,India,Thailand,Latin America and other countries in the capital account convertibility practices,summarizes and analyzes the experience of failure,and put forward some policy suggestions based on the current reality of our country?This paper argues that China's RMB full convertibility of the capital account is necessary also has the feasibility,the implementation of any policy need a process of time,the financial market and the objective economic environment to keep stable in order to better carry out,so in the economic environment occur huge change,the reform of China's financial market need steadily.Only under certain conditions of supervision,as far as possible to reduce the risk to gradually promote the full convertibility of the RMB capital project,so according to the domestic and foreign current complex economic situation,China's RMB capital project should gradual and steady implementation.
