The competition between enterprises is actually about talents and the same is happening in the auto industry. Acting as the bridge linked auto dealers and their targeted customers, the automobile sales personnel is the key component of human resource and an essential factor for enterprise’s benefit and their further development. Whether business can attract excellent sales staff and make them stay or not and whether creativity and potential owned by sales personnel can be fully explored have become one of obvious subjects to be considered for auto dealer’s management. And establishment of salary system tends to be one of most important and effective ways.The auto industry existing salary system, to a certain degree, can inspire sales talents, but it does not work for each enterprise. Therefore, auto businesses shall design a new pay system targeted for them according to the company’s situation of their own, and make an assessment for further upgrading the new salary system, which is meaningful for the survival and development of the auto business.Based on the current situation and existing salary system applied to automobile 4s shops, the paper makes the sales personnel working in A automobile 4s shops under HC Group as its research subject, and elaborates its reform process and makes a comparison on before and after reform; meanwhile, evaluates and studies its reform results in the way of regression analysis method and difference-in-difference by comparison; makes a conclusion based on the data analysis from research and finally clear the path for A automobile 4s shops to improve and perfect its salary system of its sales personnel..
