Data mining can draw useful knowledge hidden behind Big Data and utilize these recessive knowledge to extract knowledge people interested in from the mass data.Over the last decade,many new data mining methods have emerged,such as neural network,text mining,Support Vector Machines,etc.And especially in recent years,the basic concepts and methods of data mining are forming,and are recognized by public gradually.The research of data mining is developing towards a deeper direction.With the continuous deepening of telecom reform and the flourishing of telecom industry in our country in recent years,the telecom industrial structure chain is becoming more and more complex,many aspects are affecting the customers' behaviors,which also gives new meaning to the loss of customers and adds more difficulties to the customers' detention and retention.Thus,many domestic telecom operators are beginning to seek new methods to predict the problem of customers' loss.And the research of prediction of customers' loss based on Data Mining technology is beginning to develop in the country.Based on data mining technology and theory,with the support of the business data of Loudi Mobile,taking use of the data mining algorithms of decision trees,following the standard guidelines for data modeling,and in accordance with the gradual precedure of business understanding,data understanding,data preparation,model building,model assessment and so on,this article makes the research of prediction of the customers' loss and provides a strategic policy for the management of customers' loss.First,the research background,current situation,the main research contents,research methods and innovation points are described.Secondly,with the analysis of the situation of the customers' loss of Loudi Mobile,by means of referring the materials and field surveys,and utilizing PEST analysis and industry analysis,this article generalizes the macro environment,industry structure,market competition situation,analyzes the opportunities and threats the company faces.From the perspective of the actual factors,the company's off-service data is analyzed and evaluated respectively.Thirdly,data extraction,data selection and analysis,model building is described.Finally,the policy for the management of customers' loss of Loudi Mobile is proposed.From the reality,especially from the company's development trends in the future,this article proposes specific strategies to guarantee the company's customer retention.On the basis of previous research on the customers' loss management of the telecom industry,this study presents more refined analysis,which provides beneficial references for the application of data mining technology to customer behavior analysis and customer relationship management in the telecom industry,and is practically significant to the development of the telecom industry,the maintenance of good relations with customers,and the enhancement of the company's competitiveness.
