Mobile Internet is growing fast in recent years.Free mobile Internet products have the serious influence to the traditional value-added business development.At the same time,because of the policy control,the major telecom operators in their own value-added service marketing management also become regularized,strictly.Due to the content of business,marketing channel,charge pattern is too single,traditional value-added business operator is not required to adapt to the new enviroiunent and the needs of the development of the market.This paper takes Zhejiang XW Company for an example.By its developing history,we find the object.Mainly through internal investigation and history tracking,we establish a more comprehensive description for the Zhejiang XW Company.Under the overall circumstance,as well as internal resources and capacity,we analyze the final strategy.Focus on the SWOT model,then comprehensive acquire the strategy of reforming of Zhejiang XW Company.To research on strategy of reforming of Zhejiang XW Company,the article concentrates on three aspects:The first problem is the reason of Zhejiang XW Company transformation.It takes the change of Chinese telcom operators’ traditional value-added business situation as the background and introduces the current strategy of Zhejiang XW Company,meanwhile proves the necessity of strategic adjustment to Zhejiang XW Company.The second problem is the direction of the reforming strategy.The study of this problem,mainly on the basis of analyzing outer environment and inner resources,it proposes the direction of the reforming strategy of:from acting operation service for telcom operators to provide comprehensive mobile Internet solution provider for transformation.The last problem is the method of Zhejiang XW Company realize transformation As for this problem,the arrticle proposes specific strategies.In order to succeed in realizing the reforming strategy,some relevant measures are brought as suggestion which should be taken as consolidate the basic business,develop new business and blend all of the products. |
