Express industry is one of the important industries in the third industry and it is also an important component of China's national economy,which has become a new economic growth point in our country.In recent years,China's express industry has developed rapidly,especially the business volume of the express industry has a growth rate of development in more than 28%.However,with the current stage of China's express delivery market's constantly open and the continue enter of many international express delivery companies and domestic private courier companies,China's express industry competition is increasingly fierce and at a disadvantage,relative to international express.From the current situation of express market,Chinese express market,which monopolized by State-owned express delivery enterprises has been gradually liberalized.Many private courier companies and foreign express giants gradually enter the domestic express marke in order to contend for a cup of soup,so that the express market gradually formed to two part,the monopoly market and competitive market.From the express delivery market,to perfect the market on one hand is to strengthen the regulation of the express market,on the other hand is to strengthen the introduction to the express market competition,reducing the market forces of the monopoly market,then improving the whole express market.In view of industry competition and business system and other reasons,the poor service of the courier industry has been a well-known problem.According to the National Post Bureau of statistics data,with the rapid development of the courierindustry,the courier industry service quality problems also showed a blowout rise,becoming the biggest bottleneck in the development of it.The emergence of service quality problems,seriously affect the healthy and sustainable development of the express industry.There is a big difference in different market express and the differences will inevitably influence the development of express delivery companies on the market,and affect China's delivery of the market share,ultimately affect the future development of the express industry.This paper starting with the service quality of express industry has discussed the impact of different market types of service quality on the revenue growth rate and business volume growth rate of express delivery industry.Through the VAR model and the application of impulse response function,this paper comparatively analysis the effect of express service quality on the growth rate of express delivery industry in different markets,put forward some suggestions,providing a reference for the healthy development of express industry in the future.
