With the continuously rapid growth of Chinese economic environment,finical market has been rising prosperity gradually.Disposable personal income(DPI)in China was progressively increasing,it also caused asset size owned by affluent classes was lasting enlargement.No matter for institutional client or high-end personal investors,the requirement of assets management was increasing significantly.Obviously,the demand of diversification and enrichment in investment strategy is necessary,in case of preserving and increasing the wealth.To keep the principle of strengthen supervision and deregulation,most of departments have implemented based on the principle,and accordingly operated reformation of marketization on interest rate in adapting to the need of financial realistic situation.In that case,investors in succession paid close attention to financial services market,also relatively large proportion saving deposits was moving to financing market.It leaded to the “Era of Inundant Funds Management”.In this article,based on the method of combination of theoretical and case analysis,it introduces the historical experience of foreign funds management.Next,the article systematically compares and analyzes features of different type of in special account funds management,such as mutual funds,commercial bank's financing products,securities trader collective investment,private securities investment funds,insurance assets management and collective trust,etc..Finally,based on case of specific asset management business by a Chinese famous fund company,the article summarizes existing problems and limitation in special managed account and bring forward opinions for improvements in financing market.
