2013 world the size of the market demand is 9 billion pairs of sneakers, the only Chinese production accounted for 40%, China has become a veritable shoes manufacturer. DS company in China occupies an important position in the footwear industry, the production of sports shoes once was deeply loved by consumers, sold well all over the country. With China's accession to the WTO and the reform of the domestic economy, the international well-known shoe companies into the domestic market, the rapid development of domestic shoe companies, DS company produces sneakers share shrinking. The development of Internet technique makes young consumers online shopping become a widely used way of shopping, also makes the network marketing become important means of the traditional industry market development. The main contents of this article research is how the traditional sports shoes manufacturing company with the aid of network marketing, online and offline complement each other, realize the transformation of "Internet+", enables companies to keep up with the pace of market changes for better development.This article mainly from the aspects of marketing analysis DS companies are faced with the problem in the process of development, and puts forward corresponding marketing solutions. After compared with good sports shoes enterprises marketing work, found the DS company network marketing problems, did not make the online marketing and offline marketing produces complement each other, not to develop marketing strategies for the development of the company. Research of this paper tries to build the DS company offline online integrated marketing system, build and consolidate the DS company on the basis of the network marketing operation, improve the DS company offline stores and logistics systems and other facilities, allows the online and offline to complementary effect, and the ability to coordinated development. Hope that this article involves the integration of online marketing system, to enhance the DS company's market competitiveness, increase the product's market share, eventually create conditions for its better development.
