Asset-light Opreating Effects On Enterprises Performance Research

During the financial crisis,China's economic development is facing more serious challenges,also faces the rare opportunity to huge.On the one hand,resources and environment restriction,the international economic and technological competition,the pressure,short-term difficulties and contradictions overlap for a long time,how to transform the economic development mode,adjust the industrial structure problems in the present.Historical experience has shown,on the other hand,the emergence of the economic crisis is often accompanied by science and technology revolution,and will stimulate new economic growth.Only seize the opportunity,accelerate scientific and technological innovation,realize the transformation and upgrading of industry economy,can turn the crisis into an opportunity,make the light of economic development,and the battle in a new round of economic heights to master the initiative.Under the state council in December 2011 issued by the industrial transformation and upgrading of planning(2011-2015)put forward to promote industrial transformation and upgrading "twelfth five-year" period,promote the informatization and industrialization depth fusion,transform and upgrade traditional industries,cultivating strategic emerging industries,adjust and optimize industrial structure,strengthening the core competitiveness of China's industry and the sustainable development ability.The document made the transformation and upgrading of China's enterprises.In such a big background,the enterprise to which direction to carry on the transformation and upgrading has become a topic of concern,light as a new strategy of capital assets operation mode,in the face of world economic growth slowdown in the pace of the post-crisis era,gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life,and was applied in practice.First,this paper reviews related literature at home and abroad,grasps the direction of current research and dynamic.Secondly,probes into the light,asset-light operation,the relative concepts of corporate financial performance and market performance,and discuss how to influence the enterprise asset light operation enterprise financial performance and market performance,and put forward relevant assumptions.On the basis of the study design,to determine the sample variables,select light accounts for asset ratios describe enterprise assets operation,selection of them describe enterprise financial performance grade evaluation method,select the Tobin Q value describing the enterprise market performance.Both listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen two city in 2009-2013 Forbes global top two thousand enterprises,a total of 87 as sample,through the empirical analysis,it is concluded that the light asset operation can improve enterprise's financial performance and market performance.Finally,on the above research conclusion,this paper puts forward enterprises want to improve their own asset-light accounted for,and improve enterprise asset light operating condition,should from the simplified production and standardization of parts,fast and efficient supply chain,retail terminal investment and merger and acquisition enterprise technical advantage a few aspects,so as to improve business performance.
