Influence Of Upgraded CAFTA Versionon Economic And Trade Development Between China And Vietnam And Countermeasure To The Influence

The influence of free trade area on the economy in one country is becoming bigger and bigger with the continuous deepening of international degree in economy.To promote the deepening development between China and ten countries within ASEAN comprehensively,China and the ASCEAM work together to create "diamond ten years" in the future and build up upgrading CAFTA accordingly.As one of the important member of ASEAN,Vietnam is bounded by China and is similar to China in economy,political system and culture.There is great gap between China and Vietnam in economy,but establishing long-term and effective cooperation between China and Vietnam under the background of upgraded CAFTA will realize win-win between the two parties.This paper takes the influence of upgraded CAFTA on economic and trade cooperation between China and Vietnam as the research object,takes related international trade and economic growth theory as basis,takes research literatures both at home and abroad as reference and analyzes the current situation of economic and trade development between China and Vietnam from four aspects of annually increasing trade amount between China and Vietnam,strong trade relationship,optimization and complementation of product structure,Service scope expanding gradually,as well as continuous deepening of investment cooperation under upgraded CAFTA system;at the same time,makes use of trade integration index,competition,complementation and other effect analysis to compare mutual economic and trade situation,problems of imbalanced economy and traded existed between China and Vietnam,Competitive products significantly,not deepening service cooperation,low scale of investment project and institutional obstacles existed etc.have been pointed out.This paper also analyzes the influence of upgraded CAFTA on economic and trade development between China and Vietnam from from the trade,border trade,services,investment,settlement of disputes.Finally,this paper analyzes the new situation faced by China and Vietnam comprehensively and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for how to promote the economic and trade development of "diamond ten years" and strengthen mutual cooperation from three aspects of government,trade association and enterprise.
