Along with the rapid development of information technology,the popularity of Internet applications,as well as the combination between different industries,IT service platform develops vigorously.IT service platform is a kind of arrangement of the system,which can significantly reduce transaction costs,so that the positive network externality is excited.IT service platform is a form of organization,which reconstructs the roles and relationships among stakeholders.IT service platform is a new form of value co-creation,and its core is the positive network externality and integration effect.The research on the value co-creation and distribution of IT service platform can better protect and promote the value creation,promote fair and effective value distribution,and form a virtuous circle.Based on this,introducing the idea of network externalities,this paper takes the representative IT service platform——domestic 020 as an example,and carries out the following studies on value co-creation and distribution.Firstly,the thesis introduces the emergence and development of domestic 020,and analyzes network externality and its main influence factors of the domestic service platform.According to the actual operation situation of domestic service platform,the thesis determines the main stakeholders of the domestic service platform and value exchange between them,analyses the key parameters affecting the main stakeholders' value and the influence of the parameters on the main stakeholders,and designs causality diagram and flow diagram of the value creation system of domestic service platform based of the above.On this basis,the thesis determines the model structure and the amount relationship among the variables according to the relationship between the elements,and establishes value creation model of domestic service platform by Vensim software.Secondly,this paper further analyzes the value co-creation process of domestic 020,designs the value distribution mode of domestic 020,and accordingly build value co-creation&distribution model of domestic service platform.Finally,according to the relevant information of domestic 020——e ?? and reasonable hypothesis,the thesis tests the model,run the model and analyzes the results.In order to understand the influence of different parameters on the result of the model,the thesis makes a sensitive analysis of relevant parameters.According to the study:(1)In the period of the development of domestic service platform,domestic service workers and users are always beneficiaries of the domestic service platform's value co-creation&distribution.Domestic service platform has gradually begun to make profits after finishing "the money war".(2)Over time,the value of domestic service workers and users tend to be stable,however,the value of domestic service platform has a clear rise in space.(3)The changes of CCg has almost no impact on the value of users,but the changes of NS/MC/EC/NP all affect the user value to a certain extent.(4)The changes of CCgand NS/MC/EC/NP all affect the value of domestic service platform and domestic service workers.
