Many events make the current steel industry in a trouble situation.In the international market,the "anti-globalization" trend and trade protectionism tend Is rising.Steel industry has experienced 48 trade remedy investigations from 20 countries and regions in 2016,The number increased by 29.7%,while the domestic is also facing a variety of problems;such as technological innovation is not strong,weak R&D capacity and other issues.October 28,2016,the Ministry of Industry issued the " steel industry 13th Five-Year Plan",The goals of the steel industry is:to resolve Overcapacity problem,to curb the disorderly competition,increase the product innovation and etc.government regulation still plays a key role in the steel industry.Tax refund and government subsidies as the main mean to support the steel industry,,Its role in steel exports is worthy to studying.Throughout the previous research results,Mostly focused on the purpose of government subsidies or incentives for agriculture,energy,fisheries.There is little literature on the empirical study of subsidies in the steel sector.This paper based on the existing research results,establish the model to analysis the influence of government subsidies on the export of steel enterprises,and has a strong pertinence.Firstly,This article elaborates the research background and the significance,the domestic and foreign research summary,the research method,as well as the innovation and the insufficiency of this article.And then introduced the government subsidies related theory and transmission mechanism,Next introduces the present situation and the formation reason of the steel industry in China,the government policy trend.This paper chooses 28 steel enterprises,and uses the international trade income between 2007 and 2015,and systematically studies the impact of government subsidy.After the conclusion of the regression,we used the DEA model to study the efficiency of government subsidy.Finally,based on the conclusion of empirical return,This paper Make policy recommendations.
