With the reform and opening policy,The steel industry is developing rapidly.With the support of our country's 'going out' and 'In all the way' strategy,more and more oversea steel structure projects were appeared in Chinese construction enterprises.However,owing to various factors there were many items in oversea steel structure projects were in low-profit status.Therefore,it is especially important for the analysis of the cost in oversea steel structure projects.In this thesis,a case study of coal-fired power station project in India is done,which is a project of 2x660MW supercritical power station.This project is located in India's western state of Rajasthan,CIF(CIF,namely cost + insurance premium +overseas freight)was adopted in contractual delivery,and was delivered between the port of Qingdao to India's Mumbai.The scope of supply includes:coal bunker workshop,coal scuttle,lining and its accessories,floor beam,support,tie rod,furnace platform,praevia furnace platform,steel floor plate,color steel,shear studs,stairs and railings and more than the corresponding part of the work processing production and sea transportation.Firstly,The thesis discussed the background and significance of the study,analyzing the research status both domestic and overseas.Secondly,it described the manufacturing and technical specifications of steel structure projects in India's coal-fired power station.Finally,it analysed the production cost and transportation cost of steel structure.This article mainly analysed the production cost and transportation cost of steel structure including coal scuttle,coal framework,praevia furnace platform,furnace platform and coal bunker in coal bunker workshop.According to the nature of labor,The production cost can be divided into labor cost,materials cost.machinery fees.charges and fees,management fees and taxes.And a large percentage is materials.This article,with emphasis on the cost of raw materials and steel components of production cost control measures are put forward,in order to reduce the production cost,increase profits.In transportation cost analysis,through the reasonable transport package scheme reduces the volume of steel members,reasonable transportation plan as well as risk aversion and effective to reduce the transportation cost.reduce the engineering cost.The corresponding control measures are put forward from the aspects of production cost and transportation cost through the analysis of the steel structure projects in India's coal-fired power station,which is beneficial for enterprises to reduce costs and increase profits,gaining experience for future oversea steel structure projects.
