Twenty-first century is the age of experience economy.People’s tourism demand is changing constantly,so that tourism accommodation has shown a trend of diversified and personalized development.At present,B&B has become one of the most competitive non-standardized accommodation products.But how to meet the customer demand,how to enhance the viscosity between the consumer and the B&B,and how to improve the operational effectiveness are worthy speculation and research.So the paper chooses B&B in Xiamen as study object,and examines the relationships among accommodation experience,tourism involvement and customer behavioral intention to put forward countermeasures for B&B operators.First of all,the paper conducts an extensive literature review of the accommodation experience,tourism involvement and customer behavioral intention.Based on that,the paper proposes an research model and hypotheses.Then,in reference to the predecessors ’research results and the field studies,the paper determines the variables and measurements,forms the final questionnaire.Next,the paper makes descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis.Based on the statistical analysis,the paper tests hypothesis and modifies the model.According to the statistical results,conclusions are drawn as follows:accommodation experience has significantly positive effect on tourism involvement;accommodation experience has significantly positive effect on customer behavioral intention;tourism involvement has significantly positive effect on customer behavioral intention;different characteristic tourist has different accommodation experience,tourism involvement and customer behavioral intention.Finally,on clarifying the relationship among accommodation experience,tourism involvement and customer behavioral intention,the paper makes the following proposals:firstly,the B&B should have accurate market positioning,including target customer positioning and topic targeting.Secondly,the B&B should enrich the sensory experiences of tourists.Sensory experiences start from the information gathering stage.The B&B operators should enrich the consumer experience on and offline.Thirdly,the B&B operators should pay attention to the emotional experience of tourists.The B&B should emphasizes the people-based service concept,and create shared space to enhance communication opportunities between operators and tourists.Fourthly,the B&B operators can combine with local culture to increase the activity experience.Finally,the B&B operators should also attach importance to continuing service.
