Research On The Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In China By Private Equity Investment

In recent years,private equity investment in China at an alarming rate of continuous forward,at the same time science and technology SMEs are also constantly strive to implement the innovation spirit.But on the other hand,its development is also facing some bottlenecks.Such as difficult financing,expensive financing,poor management and many other issues.In order to solve these problems,it is bound to intervene in private equity investment.So that it can get out of the woods,and get better development.Based on the theory,this paper analyzes the development of private equity investment and its practice in our country,and then analyzes the impact of private equity fund investment on small and medium-sized enterprises from different angles.For a company's business point of view,it is conducive to improving its governance level,contribute to the transformation of financing structure,which can increase the intensity of scientific and technological innovation,and ultimately the upgrade of get the core competitiveness.Then,in order to make the conclusion more convincing,we conducted an empirical analysis about the private equity fund to promote the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.The results show that the acceptance of PE investment by small and medium-sized enterprises not only can improve the performance,but also improve their own value.Finally,combined with some theoretical,practical and empirical situations,this paper put forward relevant recommendations on the development of private equity funds in China and some issues.
