Nowadays,people pay attention to the technological innovationof enterprises,increasingly.In order to achieve the growth of enterprise productivity and the development of economy,maintain the dominant position in the competition,enterprises must foster technological innovation.The most part of innovation is the knowledge workers of enterprises.In the time of knowledge economy,science and technology,the knowledge work has become the mainly work means.As the main body of knowledge creation,utilization and appreciation,knowledge workers have become the key factors of enterprise competition.Motivation is one of the important means of enterprise management staff,most of the enterprises in the management of employees,pay more attention to material incentives,and ignore the mental and emotional incentive,this is mainly the spiritual life in today’s society,it will cut staff work enthusiasm.Because of the great effect of non material incentive on knowledge workers,this paper tries to explore the influence of different non material incentives on technological innovation.The arrival of the era of big data and knowledge economy,will be the creative staff position to a higher position,their demand has changed.therefore,the enterprise managers should pay attention to their requirements that has changed,take measures to meet their psychological,the innovation human capital reserve.Based on the incentive theory and the theory of psychological contract and so on,according to the features of the knowledge-type employees,environment,spirit and self growth,three aspects to study the effect of non-material incentives to innovation performance.This article will use the Internet with talent agglomeration of industries such as software development as the research sample,selection of neusoft group,neusoft farce of liaoning province education co,LTD,and other enterprises and technical personnel,research and development personnel to investigate object,analyzing environmental incentive,spiritual incentive and self-growth motivation of knowledge staff innovation performance.Paper with the method of literature analysis and empirical analysis to study,which is divided into the following three parts.First of all,according to the theory and the research of scholars,designed a preliminary questionnaire.Interview experts and then select theenterprise,to modify the questionnaire,to form the final questionnaire.Secondly,the recall questionnaires were analyzed.At last,by correlation and regression analysis,And verify the environmental incentive,spirit incentive and self-growth motivation on innovation performance,Come to office environment at the same time,the emotional communication and care,care organization for employees,work achievement,training the opportunity to learn and participate in decision-making has significant effect on innovation performance.It is concluded that the enterprise culture,organizational trust and honor the impact on the innovation performance is not obvious,and carries on the explanation and analysis.By analyzing the results of the nonphysical to the knowledge staff has significant effect on the incentive factors,and put forward rational Suggestions in terms of management staff of the enterprise.
