2016,deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises into the full implementation of the year.With the deepening of the supply side reform,the State Council proposed to resolve excess capacity to achieve structural adjustment of state-owned enterprises.This paper selects Datong coal industry transformation and upgrading of the case as the research object,starting from the state-owned coal enterprise transformation constraints for case studies,for the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises to improve the enterprise value,improve financial performance,improve the competitiveness of enterprises is systematic and in-depth study.This paper attempts to explore the supply side structural reform under the background of how to select strategies facing the various constraints of state-owned coal enterprises in the process of transformation and upgrading,with Datong coal as an example,through the analysis of Datong coal strategy in the transformation and upgrading of restricting factors in the process of facing and under these conditions,put forward constructive solutions and ideas the state-owned coal enterprises how to deal with the problems brought by the transformation and upgrading.Based on the theory of supply side reform and supply,this paper adopts the method of case study.The difference between the research ideas and the existing research is that this paper presents a case study of a single system.At present,most of the existing research is based on the prior experience of the reform of our country to make a summary,the argument is relatively thin,the argument is not large enough.In view of the current reform has just started less than a year,the existing research is often necessary for the analysis of the perspective of reform.And the lack of real landing analysis.In this paper,the following findings:(1)the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises in addition to the pressure from the social responsibility,more of their own business problems.The state-owned coal enterprises after a period of rapid development of gold for ten years,overcapacity problem is very serious,the removal of excess capacity,out of backward production capacity,development capacity is excellent,enterprises have to choose.(2)what we call the "capacity" is not simply to coal,but the rationalization of existing capacity structure adjustment.We need to protect and cultivate good production capacity.(3)the combination of industry and finance not only solves the problem of huge financing pressure,but also can solve the problem of unbalanced development of the company's industrial chain.(4)the transformation and upgrading of enterprises to achieve the value of the company,while promoting the improvement of the company's financial performance,market position to consolidate and strengthen.The characteristic and innovation of this paper lies in:(1)summarizes the restricting factors in the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises and puts forward some strategies to deal with the evaluation of the effect factors and enterprise strategy after the upgrade does not stagnate in the theoretical summary and subjective inference,but made a concrete analysis of the data,so as to prove itself view,conclusion has reference and credibility.(2)the influence of multiple perspectives on the same point of view of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,with a single system case study to show the common.
