Research On The Evaluation Of Financing Efficiency Of NEEQ Internet Enterprises

Since 2014,the new board market has been booming,the number of listed companies record high,the importance for listing enterprises,investors and government departments grows up.At the same time,in the country vigorously encouraged and nurtured the macroscopic environment,our country's Internet enterprise also realizes the better development,the various "Internet +" concept emerges endlessly,the economical's Internet attribute enhances unceasingly.The heavy capital characteristic of the Internet industry decides the enterprise's own development to the fund demand degree higher,the financing question is the problem that the Internet enterprise must solve,for this,more and more Internet enterprises choose to land new board,borrow this to solve the fund problem.and Internet enterprises in the new board financing efficiency problem,is the focus of this paper.First of all,this article analyzes the development and financing status of the NEEQ Internet enterprises,including listing scale,liquidity,private placement,equity pledge and bond issuance.Secondly,this paper further selects the factors that may affect the efficiency of enterprise financing,and carries on multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the main business income growth rate,the growth rate of enterprises,the scale of enterprises and the financing efficiency,and the asset-liability ratio and non-debt tax shield are positively correlated with the financing efficiency of the enterprise relationship.Then,the article uses data envelopment analysis(DEA)to qualitatively analyze the financing efficiency of the NEEQ Internet enterprises.It is found that 94.6%of the sample enterprises have the problem of low financing efficiency and still have room for improvement.Finally,according to the above selected factors and the relationship between the specific financing situation of enterprises,combined with the characteristics of the NEEQ market,put forward the relevant measures to help the NEEQ Internet companies to improve their financing efficiency.
