In the recent years,the Internet and mobile Internet technology are developing rapidly.China's outbound tourism market has grown strongly,the online travel agency website has become a very important way and platform for the travel consumers purchase the tourism related products.In the past years,the traditional online travel agency websites were primarily sold the standardized package tours to the Chinese visitors who are visiting the US.Since the economy is growing fast,people are having more flexible budget in travel,they have a higher desire for the quality of travel.There have so many people travel to the US won't be their first time US visit.The travelers won't only satisfied with the package tours.They have the desires and needs on the varieties of tourism related products for their personal trips,the tourists need more high quality customized tour options for their frequent and repeated tourism purchases.The paper was written based upon how to design the Unitedstars customized tours in the innovative way.The paper was writing and analyzing by the marketing theory,product innovation theory,the e-commerce business model theory study and product life cycle theory.First of all,the paper compares between US and China online travel agency website's products and services,elaborate the product characters for the two different markets.Secondly,the article analyzes tourism products and the product innovation of Unitedstars product,elaborate and explain how Unitedstars combine and redesign the customized tours by the fragmented tourism resources,in order to create the innovative customized tours which would meet the tourist's needs.Last not least,the article summarized how the Unitedstars product innovation study enlighten and lead the China online travel agencies,the article provides the suggestions regarding how to develop the online tourism market and products.The article tries to explain that even the Chinese online travel industry is growing rapidly,but in the meanwhile,the online agency's product homogenization problems are getting seriously.The products are lack of innovation and creation;the current online tourism products are more difficult to meet the customer's needs on the consistently changing online tourism market.The current market price competition is not healthy as well.Unitedstars analyzes the market scientifically and systematically.Throughout the market analysis and research,Unitedstars reorganizes and redesigns the travel-related creative products based upon the tourism segmented resources and the study and analysis of the tourist and customer's actual needs on the tourism products.Eventually Unitedstars has created and redesigned the innovative customized tourism products,which would help Unitedstars better grasp the market trend and occupy the online travel market.
