The commercial bank and the interest rate has been a hot research topic in economics,with the continuous development of the economy and the reformation of the academic circles,researchers have made certain achievements in the above two aspects,but there is enough studies on changes in the market structure of commercial banks under the marketization of interest rate.The research focuses on the interest rate market is mainly concentrated in the effect of interest rate reform and the timing and the market-oriented reform of interest rate risk of commercial banks;structure of commercial bank market,most of the scholars analyze the relationship between business performance and banking market structure and economic development.This paper from the perspective of market structure of commercial banks,through the comparative analysis of the influence of interest rate marketization reform of the major countries on the market structure of commercial banks,commercial banks in the future may explore the change trend of China industry structure.The main contents of this paper are:analysis of the China marketization of interest rate and market structure of commercial bank's reference to the interest rate market empirical analysis of market structure China commercial bank's influence on the market structure of commercial banks in the United States and Japan and the interest rate market.In the data and sample selection,this paper uses the annual financial data of,from 2010 to 2015,five large state-owned commercial banks,twelve medium-sized joint-stock banks,the people's Bank of Chinese annual report,the CBRC supervision report and financial statistics yearbook data.In the use of the model,this paper uses the concentration ratio model CRn and the index HHI.The concentration of the main data structure of the market is the market reaction,but the difference of the commercial bank service trade barriers and also to a certain extent affect the market structure of commercial banks,therefore the market concentration,differentiated services and trade barriers by multiple linear regression analysis of the interaction and draw the final conclusion.Finally,according to the nature of the commercial banks,the author puts forward some suggestions from two aspects:the individual and the market.The market structure of commercial banks in our country is from monopoly to monopoly competition over the slow process,the degree of market competition increasing,the five state-owned commercial banks,market forces have been weakened,but in the current stage,the five major state-owned commercial banks are still the main force in the market control.Taking the market structure of commercial banks as the starting point,this paper studies the impact of interest rate marketization reform on the market structure of China's commercial banks.This paper uses a large number of original data collection and update as well as a variety of empirical model,in-depth study on the current situation and the change of the market structure of commercial bank under the marketization of interest rate,to put forward some policy suggestions for the marketization of interest rate reform.
