Medical software product is the core of medical information construction,especially the rapid development in the current health situation,medical software industry is facing great opportunities,in this case,a large number of medical software companies emerge,thus forming the fierce market competition situation.Enterprises should improve their own advantages,expand market share,to take different marketing strategies according to its own characteristics,so as to obtain the advantage in the fierce market competition,and ultimately win more customers.MT company is a professional engaged in the research and development of medical software products enterprises,facing the macro environment and industry environment and the fierce market competition threat,in the implementation of differentiated marketing strategy,facing a series of problems,therefore,to optimize the medical software products of different marketing strategies is particularly important.This paper takes the MT company as the research object,firstly,the general situation and the macro environment of medical software products and micro environmental analysis;secondly,in-depth analysis of the market segmentation and the difference of MT medical software product marketing strategy,and according to user interviews to find out the shortcomings;finally,according to the above analysis,some optimization suggestions and corresponding measures for the differentiated marketing strategy.The optimization of the differential marketing strategy,can make the enterprise in the fierce market competition to highlight their own advantages,and ultimately enhance the company's profitability and market share.This research,on the one hand,as the difference of MT medical software product marketing strategy optimization,provide theoretical guidance;on the other hand,but also provide a practical reference for the differential marketing of the entire medical software products industry.
