Study On The Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives Support For "Three Rural" Problems

Rural credit cooperative in China is a common local financial institution,aiming at p.roviding financial guarantee for farmers, agricultural and rural economic development, which is one of the indispensable parts in our country's financial systemInner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives (RCCs) have experienced 50 years development since it is established. Based on local economical environment and the unique geographical situation, it takes advantage of accelerated financial services to promote rural industrial structure and make a great success. They have played an important role in the development of rural economy. However, being subject to many factors , such as regional economy ,the system of administration, the property rights, their development have remained in a lower level. Therefore, it has become an important topic for the theoretical and government departments to inspect the effectiveness and problems of the rural credit cooperatives to support the "Three Rural".Theoretically and Economically, this paper analyses the specific situation of Inner Mongolia RCCs, and investigate the problem of "Three Rural". It consists of 5 parts. The first chapter is introduction.It discusses the background, significance and research status of selected topic. The second chapter is the theoretical foundation of Inner Mongolia RCCs to support the"Three Rural" The third chapter analyses an overview of the achievements and difficulties about Inner Mongolia RCCs. The fourth chapter introduces the experience of cooperative finance in developed countries. The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions about Inner Mongolia RCCs promoting the "Three Rural". Five parts cooperate with each other, to fully understand the status of Inner Mongolia RCCs to support the "Three Rural", and make a systematic study to solve the current problems.
