At present,many enterprises are committed to the logistics sector to find new profit growth point,so designing and optimizing transportation scheme become the important goal of logistics costs reduction and profit growth.D enterprise is a sports goods retailer,and has 30 materials factory and 74 products factory as its cooperative partners.In the materials and products transportation processes,D enterprise's current transport scheme has been exposed to high no-load rate and unsuitable transport volume and transport frequency,which lead to the high transport costs.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes to optimize the transportation scheme of D enterprise.First of all,this paper analyzes the transport demand of D enterprise,describes its current transportation scheme,and points out the high no-load rate and unsuitable transport volume and frequency problems of the current transportation scheme.Secondly,this paper presents a transport optimization scheme of D enterprise,which integrates the independent materials and products transport processes to a model that transport materials in the first stage and transport products in the other stage,and adjusts the transport frequency.And this paper presents reasons for the transportation optimization and feasibility of the implementation of the scheme through the actual situation.Then,this paper points out that the vehicle routing is the focus of the optimization,and establishes the vehicle routing problem model for both of the transport materials and products process and only transport products process.The vehicle routing problem model of the transport materials and products process is the improvement of traditional vehicle routing problem model,the improved model takes both vehicle driving costs and vehicle rental into consideration,and adds vehicle quantity constraints.Then,the paper uses MATLAB software to solve the data of different material factories and product factories in non-peak and peak periods using the improved ant colony algorithm which improves global pheromones updating rules and adds local pheromones updating rules and improves the global search ability of the algorithm.Finally,this paper obtains the vehicle routing in non-peak and peak periods according to the results of the solution,and obtains the load plan according to the demand of the product factories.And this paper chooses no-load rate and inventory level as the standards to compare before and after optimization transportation schemes,and obtains the feasibility and rationality of the optimization.From the results point of view,this paper greatly reduces the D enterprise's no-load rate and transportation costs through the integration of transport process.The optimized transportation scheme solves the product factories' inventory level problem caused by the unsuitable transport volume and frequency,and reduces the inventory level of the material factories and D enterprise distribution center.At the same time,the D enterprise's transport optimization scheme provides a reference to other enterprises that intend to optimize transportation scheme.
