Study On The Mechanism And Promotion Countermeasures Of Labour Share In Shanxi Province Based On Michal Kalecki Theory

China has been committed to improving people's livelihood from income and distribution.The share of labor income is an important index to measure the income of labor factor,and low labour share will lead to insufficient domestic demand,widening the gap between rich and poor.Along with the grand goal of building a well off society in 2020,and based on the fact that China's labo ur share has been declining,a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the share of labor inco me,thereby increasing the share of labor income has important practical significance.Shanxi's economy has its unique background and current situation,in order to cope with the direction of national development,through the reform of the deep water to help Shanxi Province Economic Restructuring,this article will be based on the starting point of the labour share,hoping to help improve the share of labor income in Shanxi Province.Michal Kalecki's thought has far-reaching influence,and his theory of income distribution which proposed the degree of monopoly,wage,capital organic structure and industry structure have important practical significance to understand the share of labor income in Shanxi province.Therefore,this article will study labour share in Shanxi province based on Kalecki's theory.First of all,this paper describes the theory in the second chapter,and introduces the mechanism of labor income share in Michal Kalecki's Theory.Then,in the third chapter and the fourth chapter,combining the theory of the second chapter and the actual data of Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the specific performance and influence factor of the labor income share in Shanxi Province : First,using the regional income data to measure the overall labor income share in Shanxi Province;Then based on the theory of Michal Kalecki,choosing industry,construction industry,wholesale and retail,accommodation and catering industry,involving second and third industry data,we break down the share of labor income in four industries follow the five indicators(price cost ratio,organic structure,wage rate,technology and industry structure)extended from three large angle(the degree of monopoly,the organic composition of capital and industry structure)theory described,so we understand that the second industry labor the productivity is low,and the development of the third industry is less than the national average.After that,in order to further understand the specific factors that affect the above indicators,that is,the specific factors affecting the share of labor income in Shanxi Province,we put forward the corresponding hypothesis according to the theory of industry concentration,indirect cost input,ownership structure,labor quality and labor productivity,and analyse the panel data of six industries using the data of Shanxi mining,involved manufacturing,electricity,gas and water production and supply,construction,wholesale and retail trade,accommodation and catering industry.Due to the fact that the research of Kalecki theory is not rich,and the data can be limited,this paper makes an improvement on the choice of indicators,variables and data.The empirical results show that there is a significant correlation between the change of labour share and these five factors in Shanxi.Therefore,if we want to improve the share of labor income in Shanxi Province,we need targeted policy.So,in the fifth chapter,this paper puts forward policies that perfecting the market mechanism,optimizing and upgrading industrial structure,improving the ownership structure,encouraging private components and private economy,strengthening education and skills training,increasing the focus on R & D investment and strengthening science and technology innovation,in order to improve the share of labor income in Shanxi province.
