| Under the situations that the reform of financial is being deepened constantly and the progress of interest rate market is advanced comprehensively,our country's commercialized banking industry,which is depending on the tradition management modal,will face the challenge,and the transformation is attracted much attention.In recent ten years,rapid development of the bank's financial service greatly increased the commercial bank's profitability via the intermediate business.However,as our country's bank financial service is still under the development and exploration stage,it's not perfect enough in many ways.So it's needed to study on the operation mode of the bank financing services and then give the appropriate advices.This paper takes the wealth management as the research object.Firstly an analysis is made on the wealth management of the commercial bank,and on this basis,evolution of the modes of defined benefit,cooperation of a bank and a trust company and “capital pool-asset pool” are presented layer upon layer according the time order.This paper analyzes the development reason,product design principle,product features,restraining factor and development direction,and at the same time,pointing out the regardless of which kind of mode will has its existing financial environment and development platform,and there no good or bad.Their development prospect will depend on the market in the future.At last,this paper makes an analysis on the transformation of the operation mode of the wealth management,and exploring the function of the bank financial management plan and the direct financing tools in the progress of driving the financial service of the bank.Based on the above research,this paper presents that the original financial products and bank wealth management will be coexisting in the financing market.And,the wealth management plan and the direct financing tools will lead our country's commercial bank to the road to sustainable development accordingly. |
