This paper is based on the A shares of the stock market crash of 2015 as the background, and study the suspension and resumption of system in maintaining price stability. At first, the author reviews the overseas suspension and resumption of provisions and theoretical research on the stability of stock price, and then expounds the China's suspension and resumption of provisions on the maintenance of A-share price, and concludes that the resumption of trading system in terms of the stability of the stock market has irreplaceable unique role and can become a effective compliance tools for listed companies management. Then, the author through empirical research believes that, after the resumption of the resumption, the stock price does not change the stock return to the internal market value trend, but the effective index line to make the stock price in a more gentle way to return, while the resumption of the suspension also avoid the stock price fluctuations during the suspension period. Finally,in the case of extreme stock prices fall, the listed companies is recommended through guidance of the effective index line to arrange the suspension and resumption time, thereby slowing the stock price continued to fall seriously after shares resuming trading. Also, the suspension and resumption avoids huge fluctuation of stock price during the suspension time;It is proposed that regulators can reduce the approval of the suspension and resumption of trading, such as mergers and acquisitions, providing institutional guarantee for listing Corporation when flexibly using the suspension and resumption to slow A-share price in Share price crash.
