As of the fourth quarter of 2015,commercial banks' bad loan ratio rose ten consecutive quarters,the theme of the quality of credit assets has become a widespread concern in the financial markets.The non-performing loans for agricultural businesses of "double up" phenomenon is even more serious,which causes much more concern.In this situation,the paper focuses on solving the problem of non-performing loans in rural commercial banks.The collection of data in this article is mainly in the form of field research and notes talks,including Sales department interviews,Branch bank interviews,questionnaires,etc.This article chooses Changsha Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,in order to explore the reasons for its bad loans soaring,and find a solution in an attempt to improve the status of increasing non-performing rate.In the researching process,we found that non-performing loan rate which is 2.67 percent by the end of 2014,which has been rising for three consecutive years and has caused a considerable impact on the bank's profit growth.This article provides for the rural commercial bank programs to reduce its non-performing loan ratio rose,but also provides a reference to other rural commercial banks to reduce its non-performing loans rate.In research methods,this paper uses a survey approach.By studying the non-performing loans of Changsha Rural Commercial Bank,I get the causes of the bank's non-performing loans include both internal and external,and then propose corresponding solutions.This paper believes that the undesirable local financial environment is a major contributor to the bank's bad loans,which provides theoretical support and practical inspiration for other researchers to further study of rural commercial banks' non-performing loans.
