At present, a considerable part of the domestic enterprises has been aware of the importance of corporate social responsibility, has been gradually formed a unified concept of responsibility, namely, the enterprise must uphold the people-oriented business strategy, assume the set of economic, legal, moral and various social responsibility. Although the concept of corporate responsibility has been formed, and gradually improve, but it brings the positive effect is not very ideal, the reason has two aspects:, enterprises can not, assume social responsibility; second, the efficiency and the fulfillment of responsibilities between the links of the chain are not perfect. Can think, cause the cause of this phenomenon is inconsistent and actual operation rules of the state of corporate social responsibility, instead is refers to in a certain time node, the enterprise should bear the social responsibility of the policy to deal with the points to be improved. Therefore, found loopholes in the implementation process, a careful analysis of each related factors is the first step to solve these problems. The after understanding Carroll model, on the basis of do further analysis, understanding of the social responsibility of the state, enterprises now can clear consciousness to the existing state of the responsibility and thereafter according to the operating conditions of the flexible use, to achieve steady development.This article selected within the automotive industry of a state-owned A enterprises as the research model, comprehensive introduction to the related academic theory. In addition, deep analysis to fulfill its difficulties arising in the process, and combined with the actual situation, summarized a series of effective strategy.The research in this paper can also provide reference value for the similar enterprises, to help the enterprise to analyze the problems and explore solutions.
