The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Finance In Yuci District

Finance is closely related to the development of economy, thus rural finance is key to rural econo my development. At present, our country has formed a financial system with agricultural development bank , agricultural bank and rural credit cooperatives and other formal financials as the core,village banks, mutua 1 funds farmers cooperatives and other rural finance as the supplement. This system does make difference t o the problems of our county financial institutions that have existed for a long time—the problem of the confusion of policy.commercial and cooperational function,and the problem of poor organization. However ,rural financial problems of our country has not been radically improved.especially the increasing contradic tion between financal needs from peasants and the actual financial supply. Therefore.this paper focuses on analysing the situation of rural financial development of Yuci District,Jinzhong,Shanxi. This paper has thre e parts:the existing problems, cause analysis and countermeasures. At last, this paper puts forward a series of effective measures and suggestions about this subject.
