In recent years,with the aggravation of the interest rate market competition,financial disintermediation phenomenon more obvious.Dependent on banks,small loan companies as the traditional indirect financing mode is emerging impact mode constantly,Crowdfunding in our country grows fastly in recent years,due to the quick development of mobile Internet But limited by the existing legal norms and financial supervision,China's Internet industry to raise public development still faces many obstacles,the urgent need to raise the public introduction of clear norms and regulations.This paper from China to raise the public Internet development situation,combined with the Wenzhou financial reform experience,the difference around at home and abroad to raise public mode of comparative research and the literature research,the risk of regulatory defects,the domestic public to raise the harms are discussed,and the combination of finance theory,refining the outstanding experience will Wenzhou financial reform mode suitable for the public to raise supervision,will be transformed into the design of the system specification to raise public regulation in order to put forward some suggestions.This paper,because of all the chips and private lending behavior very similar,so the best practices to raise public Internet supervision problems and Wenzhou gold to regulate private lending behavior as the basis,by defining the main body of supervision,clear supervision mode and method,to protect the interests of investors and financing,promote the industry to raise the public together rules of development.The conclusions of this study provide suggestions for sustainable and healthy development of guidance for Chinese industry can raise the public Internet,also has some enlightenment to promote domestic financial sector supervision.
