Capital is an important support for the development of real estate enterprises, the healthy development of the real estate enterprises also cannot do without the support of funds. Recently, the real estate enterprises entered a period of rapid development, but the financing problem has plagued the development of enterprises. Many enterprises due to their own accumulation is not enough, the proportion of internal financing is not high, and for external financing, especially the bank capital dependence is too high, the risk is too large. At the same time, the regulation for the financial market is not perfect, "financing difficult" problem has plagued the development of enterprises, how to properly solve these problems is our country currently real estate enterprise development key.In this paper, the research on the project financing structure optimization of real estate enterprises in our country is selected as the topic, and the research of this topic is based on the financing situation of T Real Estate Company. In the course of this study, this paper first describes the background, significance and research methods of this topic, focusing on the domestic and foreign research situation about the real estate enterprise financing related issues. Secondly, based on the new normal perspective, analyzes the new requirements of the new economic norm of the real estate project financing structure, that is, the diversification of financing channels, financing credit system to improve the standardization of financing management. Again, with T Real Estate Company as the research material, analysis of the company in the financing process of the existing problems and reasons, and put forward the basic principles of T Real Estate Company project financing structure optimization. Finally, based on the above analysis, from the expansion of financing channels, optimize the structure of financing and improve the credit system and other angles to eliminate the promotion of T Real Estate Company financing structure optimization program, and ultimately the formation of the conclusion of this paper.
