Credit business has been the main business of the Bank of Tianjin, operating income, net interest income accounted for nearly 88.6%, structure and credit quality of bank credit Tianjin critical to its operation and development. In this context, we studied the Tianjin bank credit structure optimization problem.This study analyzes the current situation of Tianjin bank credit structure from the company's customer loans, corporate loans to customers, bill discounting business three aspects, wherein the product type, maturity structure, customer size, industry distribution structure of the company to analyze the current situation of credit customers, from product type and the size of a loan to analyze the structure of the credit status of individual customers. In this paper, comparative research methods, selected the first domestic regional city commercial banks listed in Hong Kong-Chongqing Bank, city commercial banks and regional leader in performance-Comparative study as Bank of Beijing. Further analysis found that there is a problem bank credit structure Tianjin:the high proportion of corporate customers, industry concentration of credit, loan term structure is irrational, worrying quality of credit assets, business risks highlighted bills, credit quality plate is reduced. Mainly due to both external economic factors, such as macroeconomic cycle down, affected by the radiation level of regional economic development and industrial structure limits are also included Bank of Tianjin's own management level, such as business strategy, marketing to individual customers lack their own credit limited level of management, quality of credit scarcity. The present study suggests that Bank of Tianjin to build a model that contains optimize the credit structure optimization objectives, concepts and ideas, specific measures are:marketing efforts to individual customers, the rational distribution of industry to invest in and improve the proportion of short-term loans to improve credit management, strengthen risk control, regulate the business bills processes, strengthen internal audit.
