A Study On Internal Audit Quality Control

At present,there are many studies on the quality management of internal audit,but most of them are based on the quality management of the internal audit project.So this study focus on the whole quality of the internal audit work.Methods of literature analysis,system analysis,case combination of theory are used in this paper,also make the study of the concept on internal audit and the quality of internal audit,as the starting of this paper.After that the internal audit work is divided into some sections,and detailed discuss these key factors how to affect internal audit quality,also discuss how to manage these key factors.Then,according to internal audit functions,the formulation of the annual plan,the implementation of internal audit project,takes SH Group's internal auditing practice as an example to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of SH Group's internal audit,and finally puts forward to improve the quality of internal audit.
