In 2013,Chinabecame world’s No.1 import and export country,and the world’s largest international trading country.In the new situation that RMB is internationalization step by step,the Chinese exporters are the key part to build China to be a great trading country.How can Chinese exporters have a healthy development,and how to make China a great trading country but not only a big one,has important and practical meanings.This paper studies the development process and the current situation of RMB internationalization.From the aspect of cross-border trade settlement,cross-border direct investment,and overseas indirect investment,this paper sorts out the progress stage of RMB internationalization.Then,it analyzes characteristics of Chinese exporters,and the mechanisms how RMB internationalizationaffectexporters.The exporters’ operate situation will also be explored,such as commodity prices,trade benefits and financial cost,and enterprise development strategies.This paper gives the suggestions to Chinese exporters about how to take the opportunity in the trend of RMB internationalization.Through the research,we can find that RMB internationalization raised new challenges and opportunities to Chinese exporters,can help exporters to accelerate their industrial restructuring and upgrading,to integrate into the global competition,to achieve optimal allocation of resources on a global scale.At the same time,by China promoting "along the way" development strategy and international production cooperation in important policy decisions,exporters can expand overseas key markets,layout the overseas important strategic resources,enhancecapability of global operation,promote China to be a great trading country.
