Research On China's Electricity Market Bidding Reform

Therefore, the market reform is the only way to promote the development of China’s electric power industry.First of all, the paper briefly introduces the government regulation theory, natural monopoly theory and institutional economics theory, and the research literature of domestic and foreign scholars, to find the theoretical basis for the reform of China’s electricity market.Then it introduces several main electricity price bidding mechanism at home and abroad. Bidding mode, the two part pricing model, the centralized bidding mode, the bilateral transaction and the centralized bidding mode (wholesale model), the multilateral trading and the centralized bidding mode (retail mode). China’s current tariff mechanism is the cost of pricing model. At present, some pilot areas (such as the northeast, East China), the use of market bidding mode is mainly the "contract" mode and "two parts" model. The bidding mode of foreign electricity market is mainly focused on bidding mode, bilateral trade and centralized bidding mode (wholesale mode) and multilateral trading and centralized bidding mode (retail mode).At the end of the thesis, the reform of Yunnan electric power market bidding of some of the results obtained, and the accumulation of experience, analysis of the main problems existing in the reform, and in view of the problems existing in the Yunnan electric power market auction reform, put forward corresponding settlement mechanism. found a development path suited to the bidding of power market in China, the establishment of effective regulation mechanism, so as to promote the healthy development of the electric power industry in China. Electric power industry is the basic industry to support economic development, and price reform of Chinese power market facing resistance is large, should be fully learning the reform experience of the pilot areas, in view of the existing problems, to find a suitable path of the reform of the electricity market in China, namely from the cost pricing model was gradually transition to the concentrated bidding mode, finally formed suitable for China’s actual bilateral transaction and centralized bidding combined wholesale mode.
