With the online travel companies' market share growing more and more in today's tourism market,people pay more attention to the online travel enterprises.The development of enterprises operating in the most concerned about the issue comes as the level of business efficiency,online travel companies are no exception.For online travel enterprises,it is tourism service enterprises,but also Internet companies rely on technology.The typical work pattern of the online travel enterprises is that the employee completes the daily work and the task through the interaction with the computer.It is also a work of human-computer interaction mode.The efficiency of human-computer interaction for the overall efficiency of enterprises has an important impact.Therefore,we need to find what factors will affect the efficiency of human-computer interaction.In addition to taking into account the human-computer interaction efficiency factors based on the original manufacturing enterprises,we should also combine the characteristics of online travel service industry that there is a service contact between employees and customers.Then summary the influencing factors of human-computer interaction efficiency of online tourism enterprises.This paper will base on the hypothesis model of influencing factors,by the methods of interview and questionnaires to analyze the influencing factors of human-computer interaction efficiency in online tourism enterprises.In this paper,a total of 11 factors including employee factor,computer factor,task factor,management environment factor and customer factor are drawn out after using SPSS data analysis.And these 11 factors will affect the interactive efficiency,including interaction satisfaction,interaction time and interaction quality,respectively,and thus affect the interaction efficiency.And then take corresponding measures from interaction satisfaction.interaction time and interaction quality to optimize the efficiency,so that online travel companies will be more competitive.In the aspect of interaction satisfaction,the emphasis is on three aspects:employee's physiology,organizational culture system and customer requirement.In terms of interaction time,we will more concern about employee's physical,software performance,tasks and customer requirements.As for the final quality of interaction,personal characteristics and capabilities,tasks,customer cooperation and work interaction are the main aspects to enhance the quality of interaction.
