Family business is very common and play a prominent role in our country.Evolution of family business health for a long time,not only is related to family enterprise own existence question,also related to national economic development momentum.The evolution of family business in our country is faced with superior environment.State developed in recent years,more conducive to the development of private enterprises policy documents,and escort to the development of private enterprises,promote family enterprises bigger and stronger.In evolution,at the same time own disadvantages appeared some governance,and face life short,slow development of the reality of the crisis,can't get rid of the confusion of family governance capacity is low,in the process of evolution in a dilemma.This is the most family governance enterprises generally face big background.The direction of the evolution of family business if can't find as soon as possible,improve the management level of the family business,will miss a rare historical opportunity for development.Family enterprises is different from other important feature is the restriction in family culture.Family enterprise with its unique cultural advantages,can use very little cost to bring infinite interest is far higher than other companies.At the same time,China's family businesses because of its different historical origin and growth environment,has the characteristics of traditional Chinese family culture,but with the development of economic society and the enterprise itself,traditional culture will,as always bring huge gains,further studies are needed.In the process of development,so the family enterprise should give full play to the advantages of family culture,avoid the negative influence of family culture.This article attempts to crack the family governance problem,boosting evolution of family business health,has important practical significance.In this paper,on the basis of the above analysis and research,in the first chapter,I introduced the background,content,significance and research methods of this paper.In the second chapter,I conduct the articles review.Clear the definition of family frms,combine different dimensions of family culture,expound the research status of family firms trust issues,summary the existing literature research on the relationship between family culture and corporate performance.In the third chapter,I build the relevant theoretical models between family culture and performance of the family firm and expound its mechanism of action.And the method is the establishment the trust game model between family members and non-family members,set up the family culture chooses to trust mechanism mathematical function,and get the trust choice tendency of firm members.In the forth chapter,by analyzing the case of Hong Kong li&feng group,to analyze the li&fung group four generations inheritance still in Chinese family enterprise one of the reasons.In the fifth chapter,I put forward the result.The innovation of this article is reflected in:build the family culture and transmission mechanism of the relationship between corporate performance and key adjustment variables,and provide the experiences to family firm practitioners.
