| China and Mongolia are neighbor countries,and the borderline is long.At the same time,Mongolia is an important north supporting point to China "One Belt One Road" strategy.In recent years,the trade between these two countries are growing larger and larger,more d more Chinese companies are investing in Mongolia,realizing self-interest and creating economic interests to Mongolia.In September 2014,China president Xi Jinping outlined built a "economic corridor" for China,Russia and Mongolia strategy,connect it with China "One Belt One Road" and Mongolia "Grassland Silk Road’’,get the transportation,goods transportation and electrified wire net among the three counties linked,to accomplish the "One Belt One Road" strategic goals,this provides a super turning point and a circumstance for Chinese companies in Mongolia,China has been the largest foreign exchange sources for 14 years by 2012.From 2008 to 2012,the direct investment from China to Mongolia increased 4 times,the aggregate investment increased 3.7 times,the investment mainly in mineral products,trade and catering industry,the structure of investment from China is unitary,the investment patterns is unscientific,and the investment risk prevention mechanism is not sound,this is mainly because those Chinese companies are not knowing Mongolia investment environment quite enough.In order to promote Chinese enterprises know the foreign direct investment environment changes in time,to make right strategy decision according to the change of the environment,better its investment risk prevention,this article takes Mongolia as an example,using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Comprehensive scoring method,to assess Mongolian investment environment for investment optimization,and to be an example of Construction perfect overseas investment risk warning mechanism.This paper first reviews and analysis of the international direct investment environment and foreign investment environment evaluation theory.Secondly,China enterprise development in Mongolia direct investment research,Chinese enterprises in outright Mongolia development speed,the scale of investment,investment pattern and investment regional distribution,comprehensive evaluation of investment environment of Mongolia country and the use of comprehensive evaluation method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process method,constructed by from 2005-2014 data,empirical analysis on Mongolia’s investment environment,finally promote China enterprises in Mongolia direct investment targeted suggestions. |
