Study Of Effectiveness Of Supervision Over Government Procurement

In modern society,the government is required not only to be clear about what to do and what not to do,but also to do better in proper means.The effectiveness of the government procurement supervision not only includes legal supervision,but also the scientific arrangement of the supervision system and the smoothness of the whole pro cess,for the sake of better implement of supervision,government performance and av ailability of government funds.Since the government procurement work started late in our country,the supervision system,supervision ways and efficiency still need to be i mproved,so it is crucial to enhance the effectiveness of the government procurement supervision.Through literature analysis,survey study and comparative analysis,this article focuses on the effectiveness of the government supervision,theoretically researches into the government procurement supervision system and its effectiveness,and foreign experience,empirically studies into the current situation and problems of our government's procurement supervision effectiveness,sets up a theoretical framework of the government procurement supervision effectiveness,and proposes the countermeasures to enhance the government procurement supervision effectiveness.
