Asset securitization originated in the United States in the 1970s and has now become one of the most important innovative financial instruments in the 20th century financial markets. As an important branch of asset securitization, credit asset securitization has been used as a sponsor, and bank credit assets are packaged and sold in combination, which provides commercial banks with new financing tools and risk management tools.China's credit asset securitization business started in 2005,and by the impact of the US financial crisis in 2008 it suspended for three years, and then in 2012 China's credit asset securitization began the second round of exploration. After ten years of development, the credit asset securitization related laws and regulations have been improved, the issue scale and the type of basic asset have their own development. It's time for the experience analysis and summary of the former development of China' s credit asset securitization.Based on the characteristics of China's economic situation and the characteristics of domestic listed commercial banks,we analyze the effect of collateralized loan obligation on the listed commercial banks in China using the research method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. We focused on the "security, liquidity and profitability" characteristics of listed commercial banks, which is the requirement of"three principles" in commercial bank management requirements. It is found that the development of collateralized loan obligation business is the reason for the change of capital adequacy ratio, deposit and loan ratio and return on equity of commercial banks. And it mainly improves the safety, liquidity and profitability of commercial banks by raising the bank capital adequacy ratio, reducing the deposit and loan ratio and improving the return on net assets of commercial banks.
