Enterprise annuity system is regarded as "the second pillar"of China's old-age insurance system,even though it plays an important role in our society,the development is slow.The aggravating trend of aging population brings impact to the social Old-age system's sustainable development.For example,the financial pressure caused by the pension problem is becoming more and more serious.This has become a major problem that hinders the stable and healthy development of our economy and society.In order to make up for the lack of pension,and as a supplement to the basic old-age insurance,the government encourages enterprises free to decide whether to establish enterprise annuity plan according to their own economic development and the basic situation of employees.The government has formulated some relevant preferential tax policies to reduce the cost of enterprises,so that encourage enterprises to actively establish enterprise annuity plan.Based on the research results of the existing literature,the measurement model is established,and the empirical analysis is made from the perspective of corporate tax avoidance.This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter one is introduction,including the research background and significance,literature review,research framework,main points and shortcomings;Chapter two is the theories of the study;Chapter three is the development course of income tax in China;Chapter four is the empirical analysis;Chapter five is the implementation effect and problems of the study;Chapter six is Summary and expectation.According to the theoretical and empirical analysis of the impact of tax incentives on enterprises annuity payment decisions,we draw the following conclusions:The empirical results show that the enterprise annuity payment decision is affected by the actual income tax rate.Companies with heavier taxes will choose to pay corporate annuities to obtain tax incentives for the purpose of transferring part of the tax burden and this result is more obvious in state-owned enterprises compared with non-state-owned enterprises,which means that the current tax incentives for state-owned enterprises incentive role is growing.And from the absolute value of the basic situation of enterprise annuity development,state-owned enterprises account for a large proportion.Income tax preferential policies have contributed to the payment decision of enterprise annuity,to a certain degree.In addition,the factors such as education level,enterprise scale,financing environment,executive preference and enterprise ownership,industry type and regional difference have significant influence on annuity payment decision.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,combined with China's actual situation,the implementation of China's income tax preferential policy of corporate pension has achieved a certain effect and promotes the development of corporate pension;There are many deficiencies,such as corporate income tax deduction rate is low,unable to realize social justice.This paper puts forward some suggestions according to the results and problems.
