With the society developing,for an individual,it has been increasingly important to find a proper platform in the career life.For the organization,to obtain competence for a long time,decreasing the turnover intention and increasing the working motivation are always quite important.The accumulation of talents depends not only on the current career growth of their employees but also on the perceived future prospects of their employees.However,most of the research focus only on the influence of current career development to working attitude,with future perspective being ignored.This study will review previous studies and combines theory with practice,constructing a model to decrease employees' turnover intention with the organizational identification as the intervening variable.Also,In order to come up with more practical management advices,two different perspectives,present and future,are been compared to discuss the influence of career growth to organizational identification so that we can decrease turnover intention and increase positivity.This study discusses the impact of different aspects of career development to organizational identification(01)from four dimensions.Also,this study comes forward the possible positive relationship between perceived career prospects and OI.By analyzing concrete examples,this study supported the validity of this proposal.This study also analyzes the existing research results,classify them,conclude the major theory and extend the theory to reality,during which process.At last,according to the domestic situation at China,this thesis comes up with several suggestions for organizations and brings out some potential fields for later research.By classifying and analyzing the literature about career growth and 01,this study discusses the existing research results and the corresponding shortcomings to be the theoretical base for this research.By questionnaire,SPSS and AMOS methods,this study takes assumptions and models and proves them.From the analysis of 271 valid samples,career growth is positive relates to 01 in for dimensions.And also,the OI mediates the relationship between career growth and turnover intention.Besides,except for the current development status,the perceived career prospect also has quite a few impacts to employee's working behavior and attitude.Therefore,organizations must put a high value on the future,and also need to enhance 01 of their employees.
