| With in-depth reform of our country taxation system,construction installation enterprises will implement sales taxes for 30 years into value-added tax in May 1th,2016.It is a long-term major decision to replace sales tax with a value-added tax in current economic development.Huaxi installation enterprises will face this matter,which tax policy and external tax environment is completely subversive changing.Therefore,combined with the industry characteristics of Huaxi installation enterprises and economic activity patterns,it will discuss the basic principles of value-added tax and policy,then exploring the corresponding coping strategies.It has a realistic theory and practical significance.Firstly,it reveals similarities and differences between them,from the main features of replacing sales tax with a value-added tax.Secondly,according to tax-related features on the Huaxi installation enterprises,it will analyze and summarize from the financial data of Guobin project and Huanhuaxiang project,which based on the of deep analysis on the positive effects and probably facing problems.At last,it comes up with countermeasures and solutions from nine aspects about the management structure,coordination on the transition period,project valuation rules adjustment,contract management,tax-related program options,invoice management,accounting,tax-related matters in particular,establishing a new system.This article aims to study strategy about Huaxi installation enterprises how to response replacing sales tax with a value-added tax.On the value-added tax regulations,it reduces the corporate tax,effectively controlling the tax risk and improving the enterprises of economic efficiency. |
