Based On The Value Chain Analysis Building Materials Enterprise Cost Management Research

In this paper,on the basis of the value chain cost management theory,with its wide Thai company as a case study,from internal and external value chain to value chain,vertical value chain analysis and the construction of enterprise cost management system,broadening the scope of enterprise cost accounting,reduce the enterprise cost,make the enterprise keep the cost of the long-term competitive advantage.Full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborated the research background and research significance,and reviewing the related literature at home and abroad.The second chapter make the enterprise keep the cost of the long-term competitive advantage cost management related theory,establish the framework of enterprise value chain cost management and evaluation system.The third chapter is a case study,firstly this paper introduces the general situation of tai guang company,mainly expounds the Tiger company cost management problems,the reasons of the problems were analyzed and summarized in this paper,which leads to the Tiger company use value chain analysis of the necessity and feasibility of cost management of the enterprise.The fourth chapter is the Thai company is carried out the discussion of the value chain cost management,mainly through the construction of Tiger company evaluation index,the application of the value chain from internal and external value chain of the value chain cost management to conduct a comprehensive analysis,from the perspective of enterprise value-added activities,internal seek job link to reduce costs,find themselves the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,summarizes tai guang company based on value chain analysis and the effect of the implementation of enterprise cost management.The fifth chapter mainly to this article has carried on the summary,at the same time put forward in this paper,we study limitations and outlook for future research.
