The Effect Of Different Types Of Technological Innovation On Government Subsidiaries

In July 2015,Shanghai Junyi became the representative of the listed companies in the field of industrial robots,by listing itself in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co.,Ltd.Regarding the division of its technological innovation paths as the starting point of the case study,this paper systematically studies the problem in different technological innovation path that whether the government subsidies produce a stage effect or not.The deficiencies of existing researches are reflected in:most of the previous studies have focused on the problem of government subsidies from the contingency theory angle,and have investigated the different effects of government subsidies in the context of executives category,shareholding structure and property right character,but they lack an in-depth research on the different effects of the government subsidies in different technological innovation paths of the enterprise..Based on the existing researches and related theories of government subsidies and technological innovation paths,this article discusses in detail the technological innovation path of Shanghai Junyi.The case systematically introduces the general situations of the enterprise:company information,policy background,and the development of technological innovation path and the details of government subsidies.Meanwhile,by analyzing the mechanism of the government subsidies for the innovation path from multiple angle,this paper reaches a relative conclusion of different effects of government subsidies on two technological innovation paths.Through the analysis of the case,the government should give suitable government subsidies according to the different technological innovation paths.This can ensure that the government subsidies are not only distributed to the appropriate enterprises,but also play a better using effect.This paper has the following research values:first,for most of the enterprises,the boundaries between the stage of imitative innovation and that of independent innovation are fuzzy,therefore,studying on a representative enterprise which has an obvious technical upgrading in stage becomes a crying need.This paper meets this need while the existing studies focus on a large sample at the macro level.Second,according to the different enterprises in the different technological innovation paths,they should be provided with suitable government subsidies.
