Equity incentive first appeared in America in 1950s, which was first used in the shareholder tax avoidance. But then gradually evolved into a tool that improves a perfect structure of legal person, unifies the interests of shareholders, managers and employees, attracts and retain talents. Therefore it is used by more and more countries.Our country starts is quite late. The relevant laws and regulations for the equity incentive plan have been carried out in accordance since 2005. Since then more and more companies join in the equity incentive, and more and more small home appliance enterprises have been using equity incentive. Especially the development of small home appliance enterprises encounters bottleneck in recent years. Small home appliance enterprises face the external pressure on all electricity enterprises in the market as well as the entry of foreign products. They face the moment of industrial upgrading internally at once. So small home appliance enterprises also hope the equity incentive plan can optimize the structure of governance, attract and retain more technical talents, improve the business performance and expand market share.However,there are still some problems in the process of implementation,because China started the implementation of equity incentive late, the experience about equity incentive is not very comprehensive. And small home appliance industry is basically a private enterprise. They are short of policy support and its ability to resist risk is low.And the examples for equity incentive they can learn from are relatively less.As the leading brand of small home appliance industry, SUPOR itself is very representative. At the same time,the implementation of SUPOR equity incentive is early but also many times. SUPOR first started equity incentive plan from 2006, and implemented three times respectively, in 2006, 2012, 2013. Although the equity incentive in 2013 succeeded, the effect of equity incentive plan is not so ideal every time. And it even appeared the phenomenon of senior executive leave office frequently. In case that SUPOR implemented equity incentive many times and it also has a leading position in the small home appliance industry, I take it as the research object. It can provide more suggestions for small home appliance enterprises.This article is composed of five parts, the first part mainly introduces the research significance, research background, research method, etc.; The second part introduces the related concept, as well as the theoretical basis; The third part of simple introduction on the supor, including company introduction and equity incentive scheme is introduced; Three times in the fourth part introduced the supor equity incentive plan, analysis of the causes of the effect of implementation and the implementation results and analysis of the results; The last part of the research conclusion and suggestion.
