Research On The De-leverage Of Financial Issues In The Electronic Information Industry

In recent years,high leverage has become C hina's economic development lingering worries.National Finance and Development Laboratory research data show that by the end of 2015,China's total debt of 168.48 trillion yuan,the whole society leveraged rate of 249%.Among them,the non-financial enterprise sector,the debt problem is particularly prominent,the debt rate as high as 167%.The central economic work conference to "deleveraging" and "to the production capacity," "to inventory" included in the structural reform of key tasks,indicating that China's economy is accelerating "deleveraging" process.Therefore,how to better reduce the leverage of enterprises,and how to make better use of leverage and will not lead to crisis risk has become an important issue facing China.With the rapid development of electronic information industry,electronic information technology has covered a number of areas of C hina,its growth has been leading the national economic growth rate is an important foundation of our national economy,pilot and pillar industries.Its management,management and competitive strength directly affect the security and stability of China's entire national economy.It also represents and reflects the international competitiveness of C hina's entire economic system.Therefore,the electronic information industry is selected as the research object here.In this paper,the deleveraging analysis mainly from the financial management point of view,through the operating leverage and financial leverage analysis of the enterprise to leverage ana lysis.First of all,this article discusses the domestic and foreign research on operating leverage,financial leverage,industry to leverage the status quo,and make a review.Secondly,this paper gives an overview of the definition o f leverage and related theories,and analyzes the operating leverage and financial leverage of China's electronic information industry.Thirdly,this paper takes electronic information industry-Furun Electronics Company as a case study object,from the actual situation of enterprises to understand the operating leverage and financial leverage of the status quo,and analyze the impact of its operating leverage and financial leverage changes factors.Finally,with the reality,from the government and the enterprise itself two point of view of C hina's electronic information industry to leverage countermeasures and recommendations.In this paper,through the research on the deleveraging,we can analyze the operating lever and financial leverage of the enterprise objectively.O n the one hand,we can understand the reason of the enterprise financial leverage and the high leverage,on the other hand,the measure and the influence factors Analyse.Hoping to leverage the electronic information industry have a certain reference,can better help enterprises to predict and monitor their own business,the size of financial risk and accurate risk factors for the impact of large-scale management,can more effectively reduce and control business risk.
