| The development of Chinese economy is going through the dual economic structure transformation,between regions,between the primary industry and non-first industry there are obvious duality.The unbalanced development of this area and industry caused a series of problems,such as:agricultural development is slow,uneven development between various regions,economic and financial structure is not reasonable,expanding the income gap between urban and rural areas,and other issues.Therefore,adjust the economic structure,deepening the reform of financial system,balance urban and rural and regional development,to achieve dual economic transformation in China has very important practical significance,which is to ensure sustained and healthy development of the economy in our country,to build a well-off society in an all-round way the urgent requirements.This paper use the dual contrast coefficient and dual contrast indices,such as the ratio of loans to our country economic duality and the financial resource allocation status points area and industry empirically.Second,using data envelopment analysis(DEA)model to calculate the national 31 provinces from 2003 to 2014 in inheritance financial efficiency,financial efficiency and to explore the financial resources of the difference of efficiency between different regions,different industries,using industrial efficiency and the difference of the dual economic structure of dual contrast coefficient measure of panel data co-integration test and granger causality test.The empirical results show that the dual contrast coefficient and financial efficiency there is a cointegration relationship between financial efficiency index and one-way granger causality,show that the dual economic structure transformation was the cause of the financial efficiency difference.Finally,to change the dual economic structure in our country under the constraint of financial efficiency difference put forward the corresponding Suggestions. |
