After more than thirty years of rapid development,the waste of resources and exhaustion,environmental pollution and deterioration,the contradiction between economic development and environmental resources has become increasingly prominent.With China's economic development into the new normal,extensive economic development can not be sustained,the need to change the way of development.The eighteen party clearly put forward the construction of ecological civilization,a major goal,then in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and put forward the concept of green development,we can see that the coordination of economic development and environmental protection."Green credit" is a kind of credit means used by international financial institutions in the field of environmental protection.The financial industry is at the core of the economic operation,and the banking financial institution is the pivot of the social capital.The development of green credit in commercial banks,and the establishment of environmental access threshold in the field of credit can not only play a role in promoting environmental protection and industrial upgrading,but also provide a new way to control credit risk.Green credit,from the source to effectively curb the "two high and one left industries blind development,and guide the flow of funds to green enterprises and projects,promote the upgrading of China's industrial structure adjustment,and promote the sustainable development of economy and environment.This paper based on the related literature summary,mastered the relevant theoretical basis of green credit,laid the foundation for the following research,and then in-depth analysis of listed commercial Banks in China green credit development present situation and find out existing problems,and then to our country the first "equator Banks" Industrial Bank as typical cases,analyze the development of green credit situation,summed up the relevant experience,and the green credit brings to the commercial bank profitability has carried on the empirical analysis,the influence of the final combined with the existing problems and development experience of Industrial Bank,green credit for our country commercial bank development put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
