A Country Has Venture Capital Investment Risk Management Research

Venture investment obtains much favor in the world as a propeller of the development of high-technology enterprises,and it has significant functions for solving the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises,promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,supporting the restructuring and reconstruction of enterprise,and pushing forward the transformation and upgrading of enterprise.Its project,adjustments,investment agreement signing and even the whole process of withdrawal of the project,which has a causal relationship between the ring due to it is a highly creative economic activity,each link has the corresponding risks,and it plays a very critical role for the success of the investment business.The investment guidance system,investment operation process and investment risk management system of A state-owned venture investment firm were taken as the object researched in this paper to analyze the risk management problems and reasons existed at the lever of management and operation,by risk management framework to achieve risk identification,evaluation and conformity,and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which has a significant practical meaning,and it also provides a reference to other risk investment companies for carrying out the risk management work in China.It shows that the risk management of A state-owned venture investment firm has the following problems:at the level of management,the risk management consciousness is weak,the risk management organization structure is imperfect and the risk management system is not perfect;at the level of operation,the assessment method is single for legal risk,business risk and financial risk,and it is also imperfect for the risk coping method.The countermeasures for improving the investment risk management of A state-owned venture investment firms were put forward in this paper,and mainly has the following points:(1)strengthen the construction of investment risk management culture,put the responsibility of investment risk management into employee's professional attitude and working habit,exert the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in investment risk management at the biggest limit;(2)improve the investment risk management organizational structure,recruiting professional investment and wind control talent persons,strengthen the team building;(3)optimize the investment risk management system,build a special investment risk management system with the characteristics of state-owned venture investment firm to guarantee the relevant system can be effectively implemented;(4)adopt effective investment risk management tools,and measure the risk through the scientific risk assessment methods,introduce the third-party intermediaries to participate in investment business;(5)develop advanced investment risk management methods,and through the scientific investment risk management methods for risk aversion,risk and risk diversification.
