A Study On Going Private Path Of Chinese Overseas Listed Company

In recent years China concept stock has been a hot topic in the market?With the new round of wave of privatization,China concept stock once again aroused widespread concern of investors and academia.Why did China concept stock go public overseas? How have China concept stocks develop in the foreign capital market? Why do they choose privatization? What is the path of privatization? How does the VIE architecture be removed? What are the ways to return to Chinese capital market? These questions are worth exploring.With these questions,this paper focuses on the reasons for China concept stock' delisting,the path of delisting from U.S.exchange and the way of going public in Chinese capital market.The paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background of the topic,the research content,the theoretical basis;the second chapter analyzes the reason why the China concept stock goes public in the US exchange,the way of listing and the development process;The third chapter introduces the generalization of the privatization of the stocks in the analysis of its motivation;the fourth chapter is about the path of privatization;the fifth chapter of the three ways to return to the A shares.Chapter 6 analyzes the case of Focus media's privatization.The research on the privatization of the shares is a relatively new research content.The related papers are relatively few.This paper studies the background of the stock market,the consideration of the delisting,and the path of the regression.Trying to prepare for the return of the stock to provide some reference.Privatization is a strategic choice for enterprises,based on the internal resources of the enterprises.So it is difficult to find out its real motivation from the outside.Due to the limitations of the author's knowledge,the data obtained in this paper may not be very comprehensive.I'll keeping leaning and improve myself to further my study.
